Bruce is responsible for the management of the University’s oil and gas properties. He is the University’s liaison with the oil companies that operate and produce oil and gas on University lands. He is responsible for all new leases and other agreements pertaining to mineral production and is responsible for the management and maintenance of the oil and gas revenue system.
