Clint provides support to the University Budget Committee (UBC) and is responsible for ensuring the University’s overall budget is prepared within the guidelines provided by the UBC and the Board of Trustees. He also monitors ACU’s actual financial activitiy during the year as compared to the budget and assists in the preparation of financial forecasts throughout the year. Clint is responsible for the accounting of the university’s fixed assets (equipment, buildings, etc.), functions as the administrator for position budgeting in the central administrative system, and is responsible for maintaining and developing reports for the Finance and HR systems as the Oracle Discoverer Administrator for our office.
Graduated from Hardin-Simmons University (December 1999) with a BBA degree and a double major in accounting and finance Married to Rachel Phillips (BS – ACU; MMFT – ACU). Licensed by the state of Texas as a Certified Public Accountant, November 2005.
