Phil works as the Assistant Vice President of Development. In this capacity, he helps lead the Development Officers, staff, ACU executives, faculty, key volunteers, corporations, foundations, and special friends in raising support for the various components of the 21st Century Vision. He began his service at ACU in 2003.
Phil received his B.B.A in Finance from ACU in 1983. He is a member of the Council for the Advancement and Support of Education as well as the ACU Development Leadership Team.
Phil is married to Patsy (Thompson) Boone '84 and they have three children. He enjoys spending time with his family, serving as a Bible teacher, water skiing, snow boarding, hiking, camping and reading. In addition, Phil enjoys serving the Lord on family mission trips.
