Equine Assisted Learning Workshops
Throughout the year, we will be offering different workshops to the ACU community (faculty, staff, students, & dependents). These are intended for those interested in learning more about themselves, the relationships they are involved in, and new insights into solving problems and dealing with stress and anxiety. Each workshop will have a different theme and focus. There is no horse experience required, and you do not have to be an existing client in the University Counseling Center to participate. This model of interacting with the horses does not involve riding.
If you would like to reserve a spot for a specific group, please email Steve Eller with your name and group preferences.
If you have any questions or would like to talk further about what Equine Assisted Learning is, please email Steve or call the University Counseling Center at 325-674-2626. All participants will be required to read and sign the waiver prior to participating in any equine activity.
