Spring 2012 Semester Theme

turn
verb
[intrans.] change in nature, state, or form; become

"Let the wicked forsake their ways and the unrighteous their thoughts. Let them turn to the LORD, and he will have mercy on them, and to our God, for he will freely pardon." Isaiah 55:7 (TNIV)

On Mondays this spring, our messages will come from the section of the Old Testament commonly referred to as “The Prophets”. God cries out through his chosen messengers for his people to stop sinning, stop chasing after other gods, stop living just for themselves while others around them suffer. He cries out for his children to turn to Him. In that turning they will be changed; they will once again be holy, living lives filled with worship and devotion, hope and meaning, love and action.
