Biggest surprise about ACU:   One of the biggest surprises about ACU is how the faculty actually cares about you. They treat each student with kindness and eagerness for all students to do well.

You might also like to know:  During the spring of 2013, I did an internship with the Dallas Stars and worked along with the Texas Rangers. I learned so much working for both organizations and was able to see how they work.

Advice to incoming students:  Please take advantage of everything ACU has to offer to you. There are a lot of great opportunities for you get involved and share your talents.

Why did you decide to come to ACU?  

I wanted to go to ACU since it was really well recognized in its pre-med programs. My first visit to campus was amazing because of the campus itself and how nice the people were. This made made my choice clear.

How has ACU prepared you academically for your future?  

The professors and the courses they had taught made me feel prepared for my future. I had great interaction with the professors. They helped me become a better leader and a teacher myself.

How has your experience at ACU impacted you?   

It has been the best challenging experience I have had so far. ACU helped me build a stronger faith walk. Through my volunteering experiences and service organizations, it helped mold the person I want to become.

What have you gained through your involvement with Lynay?  

I gained many valuable friendships and lifelong lessons through listening to the guest speakers. There is nothing but good things and people that come out of LYNAY. 

What do you hope to do after graduation? 

I hope to be working with a sports organization or I will be pursuing my Master's in Accounting.
