Administrative Services and its departments provide a wide range of products and services to the ACU community, from providing a doughnut for a morning snack to supervising building construction.

The office of Administrative Services provides these services to the ACU community:

• Construction - Supervising all new building construction and remodeling on campus.
• Copier Management - Providing the copy machines for department and student use on campus.
• Property and Casualty Insurance - Administering the property and casualty insurance for the campus.
• Vending - Providing soft drink and snack vending machines on campus and washers and dryers in the residence halls.

Abilene Educational Supply
Abilene Educational Supply is able to provide you with the widest possible selection of classroom, home school and Bible class teaching materials and supplies, as well as, the latest in Christian books, videos, software and music.

Campus Dining - ARAMARK

Physical Resources
The Physical Resources Team is responsible for a wide variety of areas on campus: building maintenance, production and maintenance of heating and cooling systems, remodeling, landscape and grounds, and transportation.

The Campus Store
The Campus Store is the University store, specifically a resource for textbooks and trade books.  We also carry a variety of items such as school, office and residence hall supplies, gifts, snack foods, ACU apparel and accessories.  Please come by and see our great selection.

University Mail Services
University Mail Services provides incoming U.S. Mail, shipments and intra-campus mail services and outgoing mailing and shipping services and products to the ACU community.

University Purchasing
University Purchasing is able to support the educational mission of Abilene Christian University by providing our customers procurement of needed products and services in a timely, cost effective and efficient manner.
