A tour of the Colosseum. The Changing of the Guard. A nighttime stroll down the Champs d'Elysees.

Join fellow ACU alumni on this European fortnight seeing three of the world's most historic and breathtaking cities.

You'll see all the attractions you'd want to see - Buckingham Palace, The Louvre, St. Peter's Basilica - but also experience the hidden gems that make these international destinations so special.

A multilingual and expert guide will be with the group each step of the way, and each hotel is at least four-star.

The trip includes: all accommodations, transportation and admission to museums and other attractions, as well as two meals per day. The cost is $6,966 per person. Overnight Flight Departure from the United States.

Jun 6, 2010:

Rome Arrive in the Eternal City. Enjoy free time to acquaint yourself with its many wonders.

Jun 7, 2010:

Rome Today’s sightseeing tour introduces you to every phase of Rome’s history with a panoramic drive of the city. In addition, your local guide accompanies you through the Vatican Museums, including the Sistine Chapel, and continues to St. Peter’s Basilica, giving commentary via personal headsets. Later, an inside visit to the Colosseum is included with your tour manager. Tonight, enjoy a pizza dinner, Roman style.

Jun 8, 2010:

Rome Spend your morning exploration time in the Eternal City. In the afternoon, enjoy an excursion to Ostia Antica, the silted-up port of ancient Rome.

Jun 9, 2010:

Florence This morning depart for Assisi to see the stone cell where St. Francis of Assisi lived and founded the Franciscan order of Friars. In the Basilica of St. Francis, located above his tomb, you will see beautiful frescoes by Giotto and Cimabue. Continue to Tuscany and its magnificent capital, Florence.

Florence Don your personal headsets as you discover The Cradle of the Renaissance on your city sightseeing tour with a local guide. Explore the Duomo and Ghiberti’s Baptistery Doors as well as Sante Croce and the Accademia, which houses Michelangelo’s David.

Lucerne Depart Florence, stopping in Pisa to visit the famous Leaning Tower before arriving in picturesque Lucerne.

Jun 12, 2010:

Lucerne This morning, ascend 7,000 feet by cable car and cog railway to the breathtaking heights of Mount Pilatus. In the afternoon, a walking tour of Lucerne introduces you to the Chapel Bridge and the Lion Monument.

Jun 13, 2010:

Paris Morning drive to Berne for sightseeing. Afternoon drive to Lausanne to board Europe’s fastest train, the TGV to Paris. Tonight is free to discover the City of Light!

Jun 14, 2010:

Paris Today your city sightseeing tour shows you the Arc de Triomphe, the Champs Elysées, Notre Dame and Paris’ most famous sight, the Eiffel Tower. This afternoon visit the Louvre with your ACIS Walking Tour. This evening’s highlight is a boat ride along the Seine.

Paris Delight in Paris’ architectural beauty during morning exploration time. This afternoon visit King Louis XIV’s indulgent palace at Versailles. Tonight you may choose an optional dinner at a Parisian classic, Train Bleu.

Jun 16, 2010:

London In the morning , jump aboard the Eurostar—in just three hours you’ll arrive in London. A local guide brings London alive on your city sightseeing tour. Explore St. Paul’s Cathedral and view Westminster Abbey, the burial site of monarchs, scientists, artists and even a few Americans! Also see Trafalgar Square, the Houses of Parliament and Buckingham Palace.

Jun 17, 2010:

London Today enjoy a full day excursion to Bath, Stonehenge and Salisbury. Set off for Bath, named for the baths built for Roman legionnaires by the Emperor Claudius. Continue on to the mysterious circles of Stonehenge where sunrise rites are said to have occurred over 4,000 years ago. Finish the day with a visit to Salisbury, best-known for its 404 foot high cathedral spire.

Jun 18, 2010:

London In the morning visit Henry VIII’s favorite country home, Hampton Court. Afternoon exploration time. Enjoy a meal surrounded by rock memorabilia at the original Hard Rock Caféthis evening.
