Debbie serves as the assistant to the president of the ACU Foundation. Before coming to ACU, Debbie was the public relations and recruitment specialist for the Kenai Peninsula Borough School District in Alaska.
Other work experience includes management of the Ketchikan Credit Bureau in Ketchikan, Alaska, and serving as branch manager of Denali State Bank in Tok, Alaska. Debbie is in the process of earning her bachelor’s degree from ACU and is married to Dr. Sam Stewart, assistant professor of teacher education. They have three daughters and one grandchild.
