Carolyn Jeter is the executive assistant for the vice president of Advancement. She arranges meetings, appointments and travel for the vice president and the director of Advancement strategies, tracks the Advancement Division budget, maintains the files and paperwork of the entire division and oversees the division’s student employees.

Carolyn attended Sul Ross State University and spent 12 years working as bookkeeper and administrative assistant for Featherlite Building Products before coming to ACU as an assistant in the College of Biblical Studies dean’s office. She transferred to what was then known as the Development Office in 2005 as executive assistant to the director of the Centennial Campaign.

She has two grown children and four grandchildren. Her favorite hobby is playing with her grandchildren, and she enjoys trips to the Hill Country and taking pictures of Texas wildflowers.
