Who Undergraduate only, transferring to ACU with high academic standing
How Much

Based on cumulative GPA from all previous colleges.

  • 3.50 to 4.00 GPA = $8,000 per year - Transfer Merit I
  • 3.00 to 3.49 GPA = $6,000 per year - Transfer Merit II
  • 2.5 to 2.99 GPA = $4,000 per year - Transfer Merit III
How Long This award is valid for up to three annual block tuition plans while pursuing first undergraduate degree
How to Receive Must be an admitted student. Must provide an official transcript of all classes prior to ACU.
Deadline First day of class for entering semester.

Minimum GPA to maintain scholarship is:

  • Level I - 3.20
  • Level II - 3.00
  • Level III - 2.50

Phi Theta Kappa Scholarship

Students that are members of the Phi Theta Kappa honors society will receive a $1,000 renewable scholarship.

Eligibility:

  • Be a full-time undergraduate student
  • Have a minimum GPA of 3.0 and 24 transferable credit hours
  • Enroll immediately following a two-year college
  • Provide official documentation of Phi Theta Kappa membership prior to the posted financial settlement deadline

Renewal Requirements:

  • Maintain full-time enrollment
  • Maintain a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0

Awarding Philosophy:

  • Valid for up to three annual block tuition plans while pursuing first undergraduate degree. Not for classes outside of annual block tuition.

Transfer Student Transition Grant

This award provides financial assistance to undergraduate transfer students, based on need as determined by the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA).

Eligibility:

  • Transfer to ACU in good standing with previous university
  • Enroll full time each semester

Renewal Requirements:

  • Maintain satisfactory academic progress
  • Maintain full-time enrollment

Amount:

  • Based on need as determined by FAFSA

Awarding Philosophy:

  • Valid for up to three annual block tuition plans while pursuing first undergraduate degree. Not for classes outside of annual block tuition.
