Transfer Admissions Process

ACU offers rolling admission for transfer students. You may apply for admission at any time for the upcoming Spring, Summer or Fall 2013 terms.

Steps to enroll: 

  1. Complete an Application for Admission.
  2. Send your official transcript(s) to the Office of Admissions: ACU Box 29000, Abilene, Texas 79699-9000
  3. Once we receive the above items, you will be considered for admission to ACU. ACU reserves the right to request a high school transcript and/or ACT/ SAT scores for applicants with minimal transferrable hours. You will be notified of your admissions status according to when your application was completed. Note: We require the ACT/SAT and official high school transcript if you are transferring with fewer than 24 credit hours.
  4. Should you be granted admission, you will be given access to the online process to confirm your admission, pay your enrollment deposit, submit your Housing Preference form (if applicable) and choose your meal plan.
