Jeremy grew up in Chattanooga, Tennessee, where he graduated from a small, private Christian high school in 2004. He planned on attending a college that was close to home, but was then encouraged by an alumnus to visit ACU. During his first trip to Texas, he found it to be completely different from his home town in Tennessee. Even though Jeremy did not know anyone at ACU, he felt very welcomed during his visit. Most importantly, Jeremy saw the emphasis that ACU put on impacting the world through Missions. Because of this, it took no time at all for Jeremy to decide that ACU was the university for him. Jeremy will graduate in May 2008 with a BA in English and a minor in Missions.

"ACU has provided me with so many opportunities to learn and grow. My faith has been strengthened so much here through the relationships I have made with fellow students and faculty. I will never forget all the experiences I have had travelling with both friends and faculty to other countries such as Zambia, South Africa, Antigua and the West Indies. My time here has truly prepared me to use my gifts, talents and interests to work in a cross-cultural setting while impacting people around me."
