Ben was born and raised in Abilene, Texas, and graduated from Cooper High School in 2005. After looking into other universities in Texas and California, he found that ACU had more to offer than any other school and graduated in 2009 with a B.S. in Communications and a minor in Missions.

“My biggest fear in coming to ACU was that my worldview would not be widened; however, this assumption could not have been further from the truth. As a student, I interacted with students and peers from over 40 different states and every continent. I was even blessed enough to go to Boston, Mass., Auckland, New Zealand and Sydney, Australia. I now realize that there was no other place that could have offered me such great opportunity, academic excellence and personal care to help mold me into the person God wanted me to be.”
