Real-World Experience

  • ACU undergraduates regularly conduct research at major national facilities, including Brookhaven, Fermilab and Los Alamos National Laboratory.
  • In the past five years, ACU has sent more undergraduates to the CEU (Conference Experience for Undergraduates) than Massachusettes Institute of Technology, California Technical Institute and Harvard University combined.
  • For 22 years ACU has received the U.S. Department of Energy grant for research efforts, totaling $2.1 million.

* Cooperative degree with The University of Texas at Arlington. Students spend their first three years at ACU and transfer to UTA for the fourth year.
