Real-World Experience

ACU undergraduates regularly conduct research at major national facilities, including Brookhaven, Fermilab and Los Alamos National Laboratory.
In the past five years, ACU has sent more undergraduates to the CEU (Conference Experience for Undergraduates) than Massachusettes Institute of Technology, California Technical Institute and Harvard University combined.
For 22 years ACU has received the U.S. Department of Energy grant for research efforts, totaling $2.1 million.

ACU prepares students for career opportunities as teachers, professors, researchers, engineers, physicists, doctors and more.
ACU graduates are regularly accepted to top graduate schools - including Cambridge, Florida State, Massachusettes Institute of Technology, Penn State University, Princeton University, Texas A&M University and UCLA.
Graduates hold positions in U.S. Navy nuclear programs, medicine, teaching, industry and national labs.
