Real-World Experience

• Student music groups and faculty have performed in all 50 states and 30 countries.
• Three major ensembles -- the A Cappella Chorus, the Wind Ensemble, and the Abilene Collegiate Orchestra -- performed at the 2005 Texas Music Educators' Association convention in San Antonio.
• The department has eight instrumental (including the Big Purple Marching Band) and three vocal ensembles for students.
