Real-World Experience

• The math department hosts the National Putnam Mathematics Exam competition on campus in December each year.
• The department is an institutional member of both the American Mathematical Society and the Mathematical Association of America.

  accepted for graduate work at universities such as
  Columbia University, The University of North Carolina at
  Chapel Hill, University of Colorado, Texas A&M
