Missing Financial Aid Documents

In addition to completing the FAFSA, there may be additional information you will need to provide or actions you will need to take to complete the financial aid application process. It is important that you respond immediately to these requests to avoid any delays in funds posting to your account.

Additional information or action may be necessary even after receiving an award letter.

If you are missing documents or if action is needed, you will periodically receive email notification to your ACU email account.  You can also check your myACU account at any time to see if you are missing documents or if action is needed (for your convenience, you may log in below).  

Once you have logged in: 

  • Select the Banner tab at the top of the page
  • Click on the Student and Financial Aid tab
  • Click on Financial Aid
  • Click on Eligibility
  • Click on Student Requirements
  • Select Award Year 2015-16 (or 2014-15 for currently enrolled students) from the drop-down menu and submit
