Contributing Writer
Kenneth Pybus is a contributing
writer for ACU Today and serves as assistant professor of journalism
and mass communication at ACU.
Pybus earned his B.A. (1989) from ACU and a law degree from Baylor University in 1992. During four years as member of The Optimist staff, he was cartoonist, technical director, sports editor and editor. He won the Wendell H. Bedichek award from 1988-89 as the top journalism student at ACU.
Pybus has worked as a reporter for the Brazosport Facts, as managing editor of the Houston Business Journal, and as editor of the Nashville Business Journal. He has won awards for news, column and editorial writing. He lives in Abilene with wife, Amy, and their two children, Jackson and Lauren.
