Contributing Photographer

Jason Jones is a freelance commercial photographer specializing in college recruitment campaigns. His work has won dozens of Addy awards in several markets, and he has contributed to numerous CASE gold award-winning projects. Jones is a frequent faculty member and speaker for regional and national CASE and UCDA conferences. Originally from New Orleans, he has moved to Toronto.

Graduating with an M.F.A. in photography, he is a member of the national honor society Phi Kappa Phi, and brings to his college admissions work several years experience as a member of the art department faculty at the University of South Florida. He has been the recipient of a national Ford Foundation grant.

Recent higher education clients include Abilene Christian University, Harvard Medical School, the University of Notre Dame, Tulane University, Villanova University, Vanderbilt University, Rollins College, Hawaii Pacific University, the University of Rochester, Colgate University, St. Lawrence University, The Claremont Colleges, The University of Richmond, Rhodes College and others.

Entertainment industry projects have included the Grammy Award-winning “Goin’ Back to New Orleans” by Dr. John. His work has appeared in the pages of Rolling Stone, U.S. News & World Report, Time, Sports Illustrated and Women’s Sports and Fitness.
