Graphic Designer

Greg Golden is a senior graphic designer in ACU's Creative Services Office.
A native of Topeka, Kan., he attended Allen County (Kan.) Community College and Hardin-Simmons University in Abilene, and graduated from ACU in 1987 with a B.A. in art and an emphasis in graphic design. He played collegiate baseball at ACCC and HSU.
Golden has been a graphic designer at ACU since 1988,
leaving to become art director and executive vice president at Media
Texas Inc. in Abilene in 1993. He rejoined the university's Creative
Services team in 2001, and has helped ACU win 243 awards from the
American Advertising Federation and 87 regional awards from the
Council for Advancement and Support of Education (CASE). He was a graphic designer on the university's Centennial book, The ACU
Century, that won a gold medal in 2006 in
CASE's international Circle of Excellence competition.
A successful youth soccer, basketball, softball and baseball coach in Abilene, he is married to Sherri and they have a daughter, Britni, and a son, Mitchell.
