Gerald Ewing is sole-proprietor of Gerald Ewing Photography.
A native of Abilene, Gerald entered the field of photojournalism in 1974 at the Abilene Reporter-News.During his career he has won many Associated Press awards, the prestigious Newspaper Acheivement Award by the Headliner's Club of Texas and awards from NPPA.
Following a rewarding, 23-year career with the Abilene Reporter-News, Gerald opened his studio in 1998. He currently freelances for Associated Press and such publications as the New York Times, Sports Illustrated, and the Dallas Morning News.
He is married to April, and they have two children, Michelle and Eric.
