Application Information and Printable Forms

Criteria for Acceptance:
Acceptance into the Study Abroad program is based on the following criteria:

Application Process:

1. Complete all paperwork in application packet (forms also available below) and submit it with the $200 non-refundable application fee to the Study Abroad Office.

2. Complete the travel deviation form (if applicable).

3. Complete two faculty reference forms and a campus life reference form that are to be turned in to Study Abroad office.  Reference forms for Fall 2010 and Spring 2011 programs must be turned in between November 2 and January 21. 

4. Attend necessary meetings including the orientation seminars prior to departure.

5. Register with advisor or on web for study abroad classes.

6. Complete interview with a Study Abroad staff member or designee.
