Jobs & Internships
Five of the top ten jobs on the 2012 U.S. News “Best Jobs” list are in computer and technology related fields. The School of Information Technology & Computing (SITC) prepares students to pursue their career of choice in the different technology areas.
In 2012, 100% of SITC graduates were employed or accepted to graduate school within 3 months of graduation. On average, an SITC graduate's starting salary was $58,520.
Companies will interview on campus several times during the year for internships and jobs. We encourage internships during your college years to give you the experience necessary to select a specific field of work within the technology arena. If you want to work in a specific industry or company, our professors and staff will work with you to prepare you in the best way possible to enter that field.
