Genesis Networks, working in partnership with Abilene Christian University, is opening a software testing and quality assurance operation in Abilene. The facility will perform testing for Genesis’ international clients who primarily serve the major telecommunications companies, such as Cingular, AT&T, Sprint-Nextel, T-Mobile, etc.

Genesis is seeking highly motivated individuals with strong technical skills:

Both full- and part-time positions will be available.
Although a degree is not required, preference will be given to candidates with a bachelor’s or associate’s degree in computer science, information technology, information systems, or related field such as business, engineering and the sciences.
A background in software testing, customer service & experience with UNIX is a plus but not required.

Salary range is $32,000 to $35,000, plus competitive benefits, including relocation assistance for individuals living outside a 50-mile radius of Abilene.
