CEU Criteria Checklist

Abilene Christian University will award continuing education units for programs that provide the following information:

1. Vita/resume of presenter(s)

2. Specific:
   a.  Course Objectives
   b.  Course Content
   c.  Teaching Methods

3. Statement of how the course contributes to the advancement, extensions and enhancement of the professional skills and knowledge of the professionals attending.

4. Verify attendance at each program/course. Keep a copy of the attendance record.

5. Information for certificate of attendance with:
   a.  Name of sponsor and approval number (if applicable)
   b.  Name of the participant
   c.  Title of the program
   d.  Number of credit hours (CEU) given
   e.  Date and place of the program
   f.  Signature of the sponsor or its representative

6. Evaluations of each participant
