Request Materials

Books

• ALCON Library Catalog: search books in the ACU library and consortium. To place a book on hold, select "hold" in the book's listing. The book will be ready for pickup at the circulation desk at the ACU Brown Library. (Abilene-area students)
  

• Inter-library Loan: request a book that is not in the consortium (McMurry, Hardin-Simmons, Abilene Public Library, etc.) This will be available for pickup at the ACU Brown library circulation desk. (Abilene-area students)
  
• WorldCat: find books, articles and music in a library near you. If the book you are looking for is not available in your town, contact your closest library and request an interlibrary loan to obtain the book. (Distance students)
  

Articles and Chapters

• If you are a distance learning or study abroad student and do not have physical access to the ACU Brown Library, you can request that articles or excerpts from books be emailed, faxed, or mailed to you. Fill out form Request Materials Form or contact Karen Hendrick if you have questions. (Distance students)
