The nucleus of the collection is comprised of cook books and other materials assembled by Burnya Mae Moore, long-time ACU Home Economics teacher (1928-1975). Other titles have been added emphasizing West Texas and Southwest cookery. Most of this collection has been cataloged and can be searched using the ALCON database.
