Applying for Graduation
The Application for Graduation and Application for Comprehensive Exam/Thesis Defense are available online. The forms are in MS Word format; open and save to your computer. Complete the appropriate form electronically. The Application for Graduation should be printed and submitted to your advisor who will then submit it to the Graduate School. The Comps/Thesis Application should be submitted directly to the Graduate School (by electronic or campus mail). For information on a specific commencement ceremony, please click on one of the three below.
