Intent to Graduate

Fill out and submit the following form to indicate your expected graduation date. This form may be filled out any time during your graduate program, but MUST be submitted by the beginning of the last year (at least two semesters prior to graduation).

A degree audit will be conducted at the beginning of your final semester to determine graduation eligibility. You will be informed of the results of the degree audit and final graduation preparations.
