Faculty Senate

The Faculty Senate is the elected representative body of the faculty of Abilene Christian University.  As such, the senate represents the interests and concerns of the entire faculty to the administration of the university.  Senate members are elected from each of the three colleges, university studies and library and the intercollegiate school of nursing.  The senate is concerned with faculty work and welfare, the preservation of faculty prerogatives and the efficient and decorous conduct of all affairs of the university of concern to the faculty.
