Communication and Sociology

Communication aims to create excellent and ethical communicators, transforming lives through teaching, scholarship and service.

Sociology examines how humans interact in relationships as families, groups, communities, cultures, and society as a whole.

Communication and Sociology

With a Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Arts in Communication from ACU, you'll be able to choose between a variety of careers where people and information come together. This degree also provides preparatory training for law school, public relations, human resources, sales, management, government work and many other fields which require competence in information management and human interaction.

Earn an undergraduate degree in Communication and further your education at ACU with our Master of Arts in Communication or Master of Science in Organizational Development programs.

Sociology equips students for careers in child services, politics, healthcare, law, nonprofit organizations, and other areas of service and ministry. The coursework combines excellent teaching with service-learning, community-based research, internships, and other practical learning experiences.
