Business Lunch Program
COBA faculty have always been passionate about building relationships with students both inside and outside the classroom. COBA wants to provide a more formal way to practice your networking and relationship building skills with experienced professionals without worrying about obstacles such as cost or location. Our Business Lunch program is your opportunity to do just that.
Launched in Spring 2010, the Business Lunch program is for all COBA, School of Information Technology and Computing (SITC), and deciding majors. All COBA and SITC faculty are open for an invite to breakfast, lunch, or coffee, in the World Famous Bean or the Hilton Food Court. All you have to do is ask!
Through the Business Lunch program you should have the opportunity to get to know your professors better on a personal and professional level, become more comfortable with your networking skills, and learn some things about life, work, and school from people who have been through it all.
In order to participate, just stop by the Dean's Suite in the Mabee Business Building, fill out the information form, and pick up your Business Lunch tickets for you and your professor.
