Gregory D. Feasel from Colorado Rockies Baseball Club visits as part of COBA Distinguished Speaker Series

Gregory Feasel joined us today as part of the College of Business Distinguished Speaker Series.  Feasel received a B.S.Ed. degree from Abilene Christian.  He was a Wildcat football letterman, earned all-American honors and played in the Blue-Gray all-star game.  He later played professional football from 1983-87 with the Green Bay Packers and San Diego Chargers of the NFL and the Denver Gold of the USFL.  Feasel worked for Coca Cola for seven years before joining the Colorado Rockies.  In 2001 he was promoted to senior vice president of business operations, overseeing information systems as well as ballpark operations.  He also oversees ticket sales and team operations.  He serves on the Foundation Board of Denver Metro Convention and Visitor's Bureau and is past president of Colorado's chapter of the NFL Alumni Association.  In 1997 Feasel was selected to the CEO Think Tank by Colorado's Lieutenant Governor.

Feasel spent the day with College of Business students in the classroom setting as well as one-on-one mentoring.  Feasel also spoke to a group of Abilene community members as well.
