  • Demonstrate an understanding of the fundamental aspects of management (planning, organizing, leading, and controlling)

  • Describe positive management traits, skills and abilities.

  • Characterize key management skills including decision making, leadership, ethics and quality.

  • Understand the role of management in selection, development, compensating and managing employees.

  • Recognize organizations as a complex, dynamic systems.

  • Demonstrate ability to analyze case studies and discern key business insights and interventions.

  • Demonstrate a fundamental understanding of Managerial Accounting.

  • Understand the legal infrastructure under which organizations operate.
