Located in the Campus Store, PhoneER helps ACU students, faculty, and staff get their smartphones and tablets fixed without having to leave campus. The student-run business is part of the Griggs Center’s Wildcat Ventures program. Profits go to support scholarships and student programs focused on entrepreneurship.
Students can charge fees for PhoneER services to their student accounts since mobile devices play an integral role in learning on ACU’s campus. Students will have the option to charge their accounts when dropping off their device.
PhoneER provides the ACU community with a reliable, convenient repair service for smartphones and tablets. All work is performed by experienced repair technicians and typically completed and returned within a 24-hour timeframe.
Drop-off and Pickup
PhoneER has a drop-off deadline for service each week to ensure a quick turnaround and predictable schedule for students. The weekly deadline to drop-off a broken smartphone or tablet is 2 p.m. on Monday. PhoneER provides a 24-hour repair time with all repaired devices ready for pickup at 3 p.m. on Tuesday in the Campus Store.

Students, faculty and staff may drop off their phones at any time when the Campus Store is open during the fall and spring semester. View Campus Store hours. While customers are welcome to drop off their devices during these times, please note the drop-off and pickup process described above.
