Here are some important dates for the 2013 Springboard Elevator Pitch competition. 

Wednesday, October 30, 2013 – Early Registration Deadline to Register for Competition

Each team that registers early will pay a $10 fee to participate in this year’s competition. The deadline for early registration is 11:59 pm on Wednesday, October 30, 2013. You can register online or by visiting the eHub located in the Moore House 809 EN 16th Street, Abilene, Texas, 79601.

Tuesday, November 5, 2013 – Final Deadline to Register for Competition

After October 30th, teams may still register to compete through Tuesday, November 5, 2013. However, the registration fee will be increased to $20. 

Saturday, November 9, 2013 – First Round

The first round will take place in the Mabee Business Building, on Saturday, November 9, 2013 from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm. Each team will make their two-minute pitch in front of a live judging panel at a time selected or assigned during the registration process. Additional instructions will be provided once a team registers for the competition.

Thursday, November 14, 2013 – Final Round (Live Judging & Awards Luncheon)

Ten finalists will be announced and asked to present their two-minute elevator pitch to a live audience, including a panel of expert judges, in Hart Auditorium, located in the first floor of ACU's Onstead-Packer Biblical Studies Building. Lunch will be provided free of charge to the first 300 ACU faculty and students in attendance. Winners will be announced at the conclusion of the event.
