B.B.A. in Organizational Management

Do you know the difference between a manager and a leader? Do you know the different ways to motivate different kinds of people? The Organizational Management track explores the inner workings of companies, and yes, that includes the people who make the company go.  Within this track, students will learn about the difference between a leader and a manager and how to be good at both.  Students will also learn about different personality types and what motivates each to do his or her best.  A focus on problem analysis and solving is prevalent throughout the track.
