B.B.A. in Human Resources Management
Do you like to work with and for other people? The human resource management track focuses on one of the most important aspects of a company: its people. Human resource managers are responsible for tasks such as compensation, hiring, safety, wellness, employee development, benefits and much more. This track deals with learning how to communicate with other people, motivate different personalities and perform the actual duties of an HR manager.
After Graduation Options:
- HR Management students will typically stay in that field after graduation, but here’s the good news: EVERY company needs either an HR department or some kind of HR personnel.
- If a company is not large enough to sustain its own HR department, it will either hire a single employee to fill the position or outsource the HR work to an agency specifically designed to train HR employees.
- Needless to say, the HR professional will always have a role to fulfill.
