The business process management track focuses on how to make the everyday tasks of a company more efficient and more productive. This track teaches students how to successfully intertwine the work of employees, management and machinery to create the best product for a company’s customer. A business process student will take classes on logistics and supply chain management, as well as classes on total quality management.
