Why you do what you do: I enjoy helping students find ways to blend their desire to serve the Lord and to serve others by becoming social workers.

What you want to give your students: I want to give them the tools they need to succeed in social work and I want them to feel loved and accepted for who they are.

What you expect from your students: I expect them to apply themselves to their learning, recognizing that what they learn now will impact their ability to serve others in the future.

Why you are at ACU: I believe I have been called by God to be at ACU. He is the reason I came here in 1990 and have remained.

Outside interests: I love to read and travel and be with my family--sometimes all at the same time. I also enjoy in-depth Bible studies and working out (not at the same time).
