Whitney Sheets creates LOAN Notebook for CPS to be used statewide

Whitney Kettren Sheets graduated from our Bachelor of Social Work (BSSW) program in May 2008. She entered our Master of Science in Social Work (MSSW) program the following fall and will graduate in May 2009.
During her senior BSSW field internship at Child Protective Services (CPS), Whitney created the LOAN Notebook as a tool to help families in the Family Based Safety Services (FBSS) program. These are the families where abuse and neglect has been confirmed and CPS provides intensive services to prevent further abuse or neglect. Several State Office personnel reviewed the notebook and plan to make it available statewide.
