Dr. Tanya Smith Brice has been appointed to the City of Abilene's Housing Authority Board of Commissioners. She was appointed by Norm Archibald, the mayor of Abilene, for a two year term on this board. The primary responsibility of this board is for planning, financing, constructing, and managing low-rent housing programs, subject to applicable laws and contractual relationships.
