Through the Center for Church Enrichment Dr Fair conducts Leadership Seminars for Churches of Christ.

Dr. Fair was a missionary in South Africa for 14 years, has preached for 39 years, taught Bible classes for 39 years, and has served as an elder and deacon.Recently retired from ACU, Dr. Fair continues to teach for the College of Biblical Studies as an adjunct professor.
