Objectives of the GSTAA

  1. To identify, obtain, and maintain pertinent data on members and potential members of the association.
  2. To communicate with members and potential members of the association through available media on vital aspects of the GST and the association.
  3. To promote and encourage loyalty in current students to participate as members of the association.
  4. To provide experiences for former students of the GST that:
    1. Stir memories of enjoyable experiences associated with the GST in particular and ACU in general. 
    2. Equip them with skills by which they can create awareness of the unique benefits of the GST.
    3. Involve them in identifying potential students, informing potential students and helping to recruit those students for enrollment in the GST. 
    4. Involve them in supplying perspective on theological and ministerial training to the GST in contemporary church settings. 
    5. Involve them as a focus group for the GST for ideas under consideration in ministry training and ministry events.
  5. Encourage each member and potential member of the association to make an appropriate annual gift to the GST as an expression of loyalty and/or identify and recruit benefactors from their churches and other networks to contribute to the GST.
