Jeanene is an Associate Professor in the Department of Bible, Missions and Ministry and directs the Center for Women in Christian Service. She teaches both freshman Bible courses and upper-level ministry classes. She attends Highland Church of Christ in Abilene where she works with the Missions Committee.
Jeanene graduated from Abilene Christian University with a bachelor's degree in 1974. She earned her master's degree from Abilene Christian University in 1995 and her D.Min. in 2001. Jeanene speaks for many retreats and lectures around the world. She is on the leadership team for the Come before Winter renewals for missionary women and national leaders, traveling twice a year to conduct these renewals.
Jeanene and her husband, Jack, have three children, two sons-in-law and a granddaughter: Jessica, Jonathan and Simone Goudeau, Jocelyn and Mark Wicke and Jay Reese.
