Stephen received a Th.D. in Homiletics from Emmanuel College in the University of Toronto (2007) He received the B.A. (1990), M.Div. (1996) and D.Min. (2007) degrees from Abilene Christian University. He is a member of the Academy of Homiletics and has worked in congregational ministry for the past 20 years. Currently, Stephen preaches part-time for the Buffalo Gap Church of Christ in Buffalo Gap, Texas.
He is married to Gayna. They have three children: Claire, Emily, and Henry.
