Here are a few of the things the Department of Bible, Missions and Ministry offers ACU students.
- Graduates find employment in congregations as missionaries, youth ministers, children’s ministers, pulpit ministers or campus ministers
- Summer internships with congregations all over the United States and abroad
- Alumni who have been accepted into graduate programs of Bible and religion at various schools including Yale University, Princeton Theological Seminary, University of Chicago, Harvard University and Emory University
- A vibrant missions community led by four missions faculty and five missions coordinators representing five continents
- Halbert Institute for Missions - a springboard for missions both domestic and international
- Center for Women in Christian Service - serving and equipping Christian women as they serve the Lord in biblical, responsible and effective ways
- Center for Youth and Family Ministry - equipping youth ministers, youth volunteers, and church leaderships for effective ministry to the families of adolescents
- A Certificate of Vocational Ministry granted to those who complete 30 hours in Bible
- A minor in biblical studies offered for 24 hours of biblical courses
- The annual Bible Lectureship included in ACU’s continuing education program
- World Wide Witness - spend a summer participating in God's mission around the world
