Why Bible, Missions, and Ministry?
Our Mission
The mission of the Department of Bible, Missions and Ministry is to provide preparation for congregational leadership through biblical and theological studies and Christian spiritual formation for effective worldwide ministry in the cause of Christ.
- Our graduates find employment in congregations as missionaries, youth ministers, children's ministers, pulpit ministers, campus ministers and more.
- Students obtain summer internships with congregations all over the United States and abroad.
- Alumni have been accepted into graduate programs of Bible and religion at various schools including Yale University, Princeton Theological Seminary, University of Chicago, Harvard University and Emory University.
- Our vibrant missions community is led by four missions faculty and five missions coordinators representing five continents.
