Module 2: Kingdom Leadership

At this retreat teams and individuals are coached in what is true spiritual leadership.  More time is given to the basis, motivation and direction of leadership than to the “how to” of leadership.  Several spiritual disciplines and times of reflection are used to align the candidates view of leadership with that of Jesus.
